Report: World map best read with cup of coffee

WASHINGTON – A report released today confirms that world maps – whether on a wall or in an atlas or stretched out across the dining room table – are best read with a piping hot cup of joe.

“Data clearly shows that when reading a world map, coffee is best to be involved,” the report by USIFDT (U.S. Institute of Foreign and Domestic Travel) said. “Caffeine induces the dreaming and imagination necessary for reading a map and creating the hypothetical exotic traveling experiences you likely will never have.”

The report went on to detail how maps read without coffee are less interesting, less inspiring, and less conducive for sharing on social media.

“The conclusion is clear: coffee and maps go together,” the report said.
